During the Spring 2005 tour with The Live Lawrence Welk Show members of the cast and crew took a few spare moments to visit the National Memorial at Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. Although the day was somewhat overcast and cool the sight of the four presidential faces (George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt) carved high in the mountain top was awesome. |
