STOMPIN' TOM CONNORS
"Canada's leading exponent in word and music."
What better way to describe the man known the world over, as
"Stompin' Tom." |
|
| |
|
Coming from the humblest of beginnings in the Maritime
region of Canada, thumbing and singing from one coast to another
and back on countless occasions, Tom is now recognized as a true
"National Treasure". He's one entertainer who has earned
the undying loyalty of Canada's ordinary folk as well as the
utmost respect of it's sophisticated elite.
Rocklands first became
associated with Stompin' Tom in 1990, when Brian Edwards and
his "Rocklands Talent & Management" agency were
chosen personally by Tom to spearhead the cross Canada return
of his live performance career after 14 years of living an almost
reclusive lifestyle. But when Stompin' Tom stepped back on stage
under the spotlight for that first return performance, the fans
went wild, instantly reaffirming their stamp of approval for
their "Man of The Land"... their Stompin' Tom Connors.
